Our goal is to make the shipping and returns process as convenient as possible for you. Your rental costume(s) will arrive at your doorstep using the method of shipping you specify. The return of your rental costume is as easy as dropping off a movie at your local movie rental store.

When you checkout, we let you pick the method of shipping. Depending on your location and the date of order, you will need 2 to 5 business days (Monday through Friday) to get our costume to you. Saturday deliveries are also possible. Please order in advance of the date you need your costume to ensure delivery by the date you require.

Costumes are shipped same day for all orders received before 4:00 pm Eastern. Once your order has been shipped, we will email you the tracking number of the shipment along with web links to the shippers tracking site (either UPS or FedEx). We also make the returns process simple by providing you with a list of drop off locations in your area.

Actual costs will vary based on your physical location and the specific costume ordered. Rates quoted above are not guaranteed and do not include current fuel surcharge. For delivery to residential addresses, add $1.10.

Most costumes shipped using methods other than UPS Ground will incur dimensional shipping costs. This cost relates to the size of the box used to pack the costume.

Rates depicted in this table are current as of 9/23/2002. Rates depicted in this table assume continental U.S. destinations only. Alaska and Hawaii locations will be higher. International destinations will be higher.

The "KEEP AND WEAR" interval is any portion of a day up to FIVE days. Costumes cannot be shipped on Sundays, so if the R-return occurs on a Sunday, you get to keep the costume for another day (at no charge).

We will only ship to locations where a signature can be obtained. This means we do not ship to P.O Boxes, but are happy to ship to your home or office location.

We expect that you will return the costume on the next business day after wear using the return slip and packaging sent with the costume.

We realize that rental costumes by mail is a unique business proposition. We ask that you help us serve you and our other customers by adhering to the Costume Rental Agreement. An amount for any missing pieces of the costume will be charged to your credit card as well as any excessive wear and tear that is incurred.
