We agree to provide you with a quality, entertaining costume at an affordable price.

We agree to provide costumes to you on a rental basis. Our perspective is that with all the costumes that you can choose from, why dress the same way twice. If you insist on having a costume to keep, please contact us directly for terms.

All we ask of you is that you help us keep costs low by returning your rented costume in the condition that you received it. We also ask that costumes be promptly returned per the rental agreement terms. This will help us to continue to serve you when your next costume occasion occurs.

When you place an order with Costume Party, you will be asked to agree to the following terms:

 

1.
 I understand that Costume Party is providing a costume to me on a RENTAL basis. I may keep this costume for up to FIVE days before returning it to Costume Party.
2.
 I agree to return the costume by the agreed upon date or be subject to lates fees up to, but not exceeding, the replacement value of the costume. The replacement value of the costume will be determined by Costume Party. I authorize the use of my credit card for payment of such fees.
3.
 Returned costumes will be in a condition consistent with the way I received them. If damage or loss occurs prior to return shipment, I agree to pay all costs of replacement and/or repair at the retail value plus all attorney and/or collection agency fees.
4.
 I will return costumes using the shipping instructions included with the received costume. Return shipping and insurance costs are included in the rental price of the costume.
5.
 I agree to pay, at a minimum, any shipping charges associated with the costume that I order.
